The Mayor's Environmental Advisory Board may, in order to recognize local businesses that have demonstrated a sensitivity to environmental issues, implement a program of awards, to be referred to as "The Mayor's Green Awards". The Board may charge an application fee not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) to process applications for such awards. Such fees shall be deposited into the trust account established in Section 148.04.
