1729.07. Parties responsible in case of violation.

The owner of the trailer and the owner or occupant of the premises on which such trailer is parked, shall both be held responsible for the violation of any occupant of the trailer of any of the statutes of the State, ordinances of the City, or rules or regulations of the State or City Departments of Health.
