The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to the parking of unoccupied trailers in parking lots in the City, to the parking use and occupancy of trailers in licensed (trailer camps) mobile home parks, or to the storage of not more than one trailer in the rear yard or garage of an occupied dwelling or in the rear one-half of an unoccupied lot provided such trailer is not located closer than ten feet to any building or closer than five feet to any property line.
