No trailer shall be parked, used or occupied on any lot, field or tract of land within the City, except as is provided in this and other ordinances of the City. No trailer shall at any time be parked between the established setback line and curb line on any lot. No trailer shall be parked in any space on any lot unless there is a clear unoccupied space of at least ten feet on all sides of such trailer.
