1729.08. Impounding trailers in case of violation.
   In addition to the penalties herein provided, the Commissioner of Health shall have power to remove and impound any trailer, which, after inspection and notice, is found to be violating any of the provisions of this chapter or the statutes of the State, or the rules or regulations of the State or City Departments of Health. In the event of such removal and impounding, the costs thereof, together with reasonable storage fees, must be paid by the owner or person entitled to the possession of such trailer before the same is released by the Health Commissioner.
