SIGNS AND AWNINGS
(A) No signs, except name plates or identification signs pertaining to single residential occupancies and nonilluminated real estate signs as permitted under § 153.07 shall be erected, affixed, hung, or otherwise displayed or altered, unless a permit therefor has been issued by the Administrative Official of the Village Zoning Board of Appeals in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. No permit shall be required, however, for repairing of an approved sign.
(B) Fees to be charged for sign permits shall be established by the Village Board of Trustees and published in a schedule of fees which shall be posted in the village hall.
