Any person, firm, or corporation, violating or failing to comply with any provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $750 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed to be committed on each and every day during which a violation or failure to comply occurs or continues. Except when fines and costs are paid by authorized compromise payment prior to court, the Circuit Clerk shall add to the fine any and all costs and fees upon an authorized disposition.
