§ 153.20 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BILLBOARD. Any signboard or similar structure the sole or primary purpose of which is to be used for the display of advertisements or notices.
