§ 153.11 OFFICIAL SIGNS.
   (A)   An “official sign” is any sign erected by or at the direction of the village.
   (B)   The village, in its discretion, may authorize official signs to be located in public rights-of-way to display directional information to residential developments, public facilities or other places of public interest.
