In I Districts, the same regulations as govern in B Districts shall apply, except that:
(A) A primary on-site sign may be erected not to exceed six feet above the roof line; and provided that the sign area shall not exceed 300 square feet or an area equal to three times the width of the building wall, whichever is less; and
(B) Business directory signs be limited to 20 square feet.
