(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99. (B) Any violation of §§ 91.15 through 91.34 shall, upon conviction of the party so offending, subject the offender to a fine of not less than $5 nor more than $2,500.
