§ 91.21  ASSEMBLIES ALLOWED ONLY WITH PARK BOARD APPROVAL.
   No gathering or meeting of any kind assembled through advertising shall be permitted in any park without previous permission having been obtained from the Park Board. No concerts will be permitted in the park without having obtained previous permission from the Park Board.
