§ 91.32  BRINGING, SELLING OR CONSUMING INTOXICANTS OR CONTROLLED DRUGS OR SUBSTANCES.
   No alcohol, intoxicants or controlled drugs, unless prescribed by a physician, of any kind, shall be brought into the park area, consumed, sold or given away on the premises of the public park.
