(A) Permits are issued and a fee charged for park pavilions at the office of the Park Board.
(B) Reservations may be made for the pavilions the first working day after January 1 of each year, or any time thereafter, so long as the pavilion requested to be reserved is available.
(C) Ball diamonds and soccer fields are to be used only by those teams or leagues having permits issued at the office of the Park Board, or as part of the playground schedule.
(D) The person or organization to whom a permit or reservation is issued is responsible for any damage to the buildings, equipment, fixtures or grounds.
(E) The Park Board reserves the right to limit, make conditional, withdraw, refuse to issue or cancel any permit issued for any reason determined necessary by the Park Board to manage and protect the parks and public grounds of the town or as a result of past or present violations of this section by any person, team or league.
