§ 91.17  RIDING OR DRIVING.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motor vehicle of any nature or size on the walk/run track or on any path designed for foot or bicycle traffic, except park employees and law enforcement officers. Vehicle parking is permitted only in the designed areas, and not on the grass. Vehicles are not permitted on playgrounds or picnic areas. Parking of vehicles, other than law enforcement officers or park employees, in the park between dusk and dawn shall be prohibited, except upon permission of the town’s Park Board. Horseback riders are prohibited from riding in the park. The term MOTOR VEHICLE shall have the meaning as defined in I.C. 9-13-2-105 and shall include, but not be limited to, a “motor scooter,” “motorcycle” and “motorized bicycle” as those terms are defined by I.C. 9-13-2 et seq., as well as all automobiles, snowmobiles and off-road vehicles.
