(A) Dogs allowed only on leash with exception. Dogs (except police dogs) are not allowed in the public park except on leash. The owner must pick up after his or her or their dog. No dog of the age that requires immunizations shall be brought into the park unless the immunizations required of the dog by law, have been received by the dog and so indicated by tags attached to the collar of said dog.
(B) All pets and animals prohibited upon notice. All pets and other domestic animals (except service animals such as police dogs and horses) are not allowed in the park during any time said prohibition is publically posted by the Park Board at the main entrance of the park. During the times posted, only pets and animals receiving previous written permission from the Park Board, or dogs assisting the legally blind owner of said dog, shall be allowed in the public park.
