§ 91.29  ILLEGAL TO MOVE BENCHES, PICNIC TABLES OR FIXTURES.
   No benches, picnic tables or fixtures shall at any time be removed or changed from their place in the parks without permission to do so having been obtained from the person in charge of the parks.
