§ 91.24 MODEL AIRPLANES AND BOATS.

   (A)   Model airplanes with motors are required to be flown only at designated areas at the discretion of the Park Board.

   (B)   Model boats with motors or engines are to be sailed only at designated areas at the discretion of the Park Board. Except for small model boats, boats with inboard or outboard motors are prohibited on any water contained in the parks.
