The park shall be open to the public from dawn to dusk and after dusk only with the permission of the Town Park Board. The playgrounds shall be open from dawn to dusk. No person, other than employees of the Parks Department or law enforcement officers, shall be permitted to remain in the public park except when open as herein specified, and no person at any time shall enter or leave the park except by established entrances, exists, walks or drives.
