No person, except law enforcement officers or park employees, shall be allowed to carry firearms. No person shall shoot or throw stones at, set traps or harness any wildlife, animals, birds and fish within the limits of any park. All park lands shall be wild game preserves. Fireworks, firearms, “B-B” guns, sling shots, peashooters, archery devices and water pistols are prohibited in all park areas, unless permission has been obtained from the Park Board.
