The Town Council is hereby granted authority to designate by order recorded in its minutes, the kind of conveyance and vehicles and loads thereon that may not be used or hauled in the public park, and it shall be unlawful for any person to use any vehicle or conveyance contrary to the provisions of such order of the Park Board.
