13-7-6: FEDERAL REGISTRY PROGRAMS:
No agency or agent shall expend any time, facilities, equipment, information, or other resources of the agency or agent to facilitate the creation, publication, or maintenance of any federal program to register individuals present in the United States based on their ancestry, national origin, or religion, or the participation of any Village residents in such a registry. (Ord. 17-180, 2-6-2017)
