8-38-2: MASSAGE ESTABLISHMENT LICENSE - REQUIRED:
It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in, conduct or carry on, or to permit to be engaged in, conducted or carried on, upon any premises in the Village the operation of a massage establishment as defined in section 8-38-1 of this article without first having obtained a license from the Village. (Ord. 18-382, 7-9-2018)
