20-11-5: HIVE LOCATION:
   A.   Ownership Of Property: No apiary shall be located on underdeveloped property or on property owned, occupied or under the legal control of another person or entity.
   B.   Distance From Property Line: Beehives shall be kept a minimum of five feet (5') from all property lines. (Ord. 2011-0-86, 12-5-2011)
