GENERAL PROVISIONS
§ 33.01 ADDITIONAL OFFICES AND EMPLOYEES.
   In addition to the departments, boards, commissions, agencies and other offices created by this chapter or other provisions of this code, the Council may create additional offices and may designate other employees and agents as may be necessary or helpful to the efficient governance of the city and operation and maintenance of the public facilities.
