§ 33.42 RULES AND RECORDS; EXPENDITURES.
   (A)   The Commission shall adopt rules for its governance and for the transaction of its business.

   (B)   The Commission shall keep a record of attendance at its meetings and resolutions, transactions, findings and determinations showing each member on each question requiring a vote including whether the member was absent or abstained. The records of the Commission shall be a public record.

   (C)   Within limits set by appropriations or other funds made available, subject to approval of the Council, the Commission may incur expenses as it may deem necessary and proper for the conduct of its affairs.
