§ 33.19 DUTIES OF DEPARTMENT.
   Members in the Fire Department shall perform the duties relating to the extinguishment and prevention of fires and protection of life and property from fires and have other powers and duties relating to fire fighting and fire prevention as are prescribed by law and as the Council may determine.
