§ 35.32 PLANNING, PRESERVATION, AND DESIGN NONREVERTING FUND.
   (A)   An account is established for the purpose of depositing monies from fees/penalties/fines collected by the Planning, Preservation, and Design Department, donations, grants, appropriations from city accounts or from any lawful source for paying the required obligations for the city planning, preservation, and design.
   (B)   The account shall be named the Planning, Preservation, and Design Non-reverting Fund and all funds contained in the account shall be expended only for the exclusive purpose of paying expenses related to printing/advertisements, purchase of office supplies, professional development, or professional/contracted services for the Planning, Preservation, and Design Department.
   (C)   The account shall be nonreverting and exist perpetually unless terminated by a subsequent ordinance enacted by the Common Council.
   (D)   If the account is terminated by a subsequent ordinance enacted by the Common Council, the remaining balance of the terminated account shall revert to the general budget of the Common Council.

§ 35.33 HERITAGE TRAILS FUND.
   (A)   An account is established for the deposit of monies for the maintenance and operation of the Heritage Trails Fund.
   (B)   Said account shall be named the Heritage Trails Fund and all funds contained in said account shall be expended only for the limited and exclusive purpose of financing the maintenance and operation of the Heritage Trails Fund.
   (C)   The express and written approval of the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Madison shall be obtained prior to the expenditure of funds from said account.
   (D)   Said account shall be nonreverting and exist perpetually unless terminated by a subsequent ordinance enacted by the Common Council.
   (E)   If said account is terminated by a subsequent ordinance enacted by the Common Council, the remaining balance of the terminated account shall revert to the general budget of the Common Council.

§ 35.34 PEARL PARK FUND.
   (A)   An account is established for the deposit of monies for the maintenance and operation of Pearl Park.
   (B)   Said account shall be named the Pearl Park Fund and all funds contained in said account shall be expended only for the limited and exclusive purpose of financing the maintenance and operation of Pearl Park.
   (C)   The express and written approval of the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Madison shall be obtained prior to the expenditure of funds from said account.
   (D)   Said account shall be nonreverting and exist perpetually unless terminated by a subsequent ordinance enacted by the Common Council.
   (E)   If said account is terminated by a subsequent ordinance enacted by the Common Council, the remaining balance of the terminated account shall revert to the general budget of the Common Council.

§ 35.35 OAKHILL PARK DONATION FUND.
   (A)   An account is established for the purpose of depositing monies for the Oakhill Neighborhood Park. The monies will come from donations, fundraisers, sale of merchandise, sponsorships, appropriations from city accounts or from any other lawful source.
   (B)   The account shall be named the Oakhill Neighborhood Park Fund. All funds contained in the account shall be expended only for the exclusive purpose of paying for improvements and maintenance of the Oakhill Neighborhood Park. These expenses may include equipment, fencing, brick, stone or concrete walls, columns and walks, landscaping structures, matching funds for grants, fund-raising expenses, park maintenance and any other expenses related to the continuous improvement and successful operation of the park.
   (C)   The express and written approval of the Board of Public Works and Safety shall be obtained prior to the expenditure of funds from the account.
   (D)   The account shall be nonreverting and exist perpetually unless terminated by a subsequent ordinance enacted by the Common Council.
   (E)   If the account is terminated by a subsequent ordinance enacted by the Common Council, the remaining balance of the terminated account shall revert to the general budget of the Department of Public Parks.

§ 35.36 PAUL BRUHN GRANT NONREVERTING FUND.
   (A)   An account is established for the purpose of depositing monies from the granting agency, appropriations from city accounts or from any lawful source for paying the required obligations for the City of Madison on the accepted National Park Service grant.
   (B)   The account shall be named the Paul Bruhn Grant Non-reverting Fund and all funds contained in the account shall be expended only for the exclusive purpose of paying expenses related to the grant.
   (C)   The account shall be nonreverting and exist perpetually unless terminated by a subsequent ordinance enacted by the Common Council.
   (D)   If the account is terminated by a subsequent ordinance enacted by the Common Council, the remaining balance of the terminated account shall revert to the general budget of the Common Council.

§ 35.37 AVIATION ROTARY FUND.
   The Aviation Rotary Fund is hereby established in accordance with IC 8-22-2-7(c).

§ 35.38 AVIATION NONREVERTING OPERATING FUND.
   (A)   An account is established for the deposit of monies for an Aviation Nonreverting Operating Fund.
   (B)   The account shall be named the Aviation Nonreverting Operating Fund and all funds contained in the account shall be expended only for the purpose of depositing commissions from the sale of fuel at the Madison Municipal Airport and depositing revenues from tie-down fees and hanger rental fees and for expenditures relevant to the operation and maintenance of the Madison Municipal Airport.
   (C)   The express and written approval of the Board of Public Works and Safety shall be obtained prior to the expenditure of funds from this account.
   (D)   The account shall be nonreverting and exist perpetually unless terminated by a subsequent Ordinance enacted by the Common Council.
   (E)   If the account is terminated by a subsequent Ordinance enacted by the Common Council, the remaining balance of the terminated account shall revert to the general budget of the Common Council.

§ 35.39 MADISON MUNICIPAL AIRPORT (MMA) EVENTS FUND.
   (A)   An account is established for the deposit of monies for a Madison Municipal Airport (MMA) Events Fund. The monies for this fund will come from donations, fundraisers, concessions, sponsor fees, appropriations from city accounts, grants or any other lawful source.
   (B)   The account shall be named the Madison Municipal Airport (MMA) Events Fund. All funds contained in the account shall be expended only for expenses incurred for special events conducted under the authority of the Madison Aviation Board, for donations to worthy charitable organizations, matching funds for grants and other related expenses for the continued success of these events.
   (C)   The express and written approval of the Board of Public Works and Safety shall be obtained prior to the expenditure of funds from the account.
   (D)   The account shall be nonreverting and exist perpetually unless terminated by a subsequent ordinance enacted by the Common Council.
   (E)   If the account is terminated by a subsequent ordinance by the Common Council, the remaining balance of the terminated account shall revert to the general budget of the Madison Municipal Airport.
