(a) All buildings and uses in any district shall be subject to the general provisions and exceptions set forth in this Zoning Ordinance.
(b) No portion of a lot or parcel once used in compliance with this Zoning Ordinance, with respect to yards, lot area per family, density as for a development in a multiple family district or percentage of lot occupancy, in connection with an existing or proposed building or structure, shall again be used as part of the lot or parcel required in connection with any other building or structure existing or intended to exist at the same time.
