There is hereby established the job description and criteria for the Senior Technician in the Division of Communications as follows. The Senior Technician shall:
(a) Be licensed by the Federal Communications Commission and be a holder of a Radio Telephone Operator’s License Second Class; and
(b) Have an Associate Degree in Electronics or its equivalent from a technical institute.
