EDITOR'S NOTE: Ordinance 88-17, passed January 17, 1988, authorized the Mayor to participate in contracts with the State Department of Administrative Services for the purchase of supplies, services, equipment and materials under authority of Ohio R.C. 125.04(B). Ordinance 93-142, passed May 17, 1993, authorized the Mayor to participate in contracts with the Ohio Department of Transportation for the purchase of certain machinery, materials, supplies and other articles under authority of Ohio R.C. 5513.01(B). Copies of such ordinance may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
