§ 3123.04 Height and Area Restrictions
   (a)   Buildings of miscellaneous occupancy classification shall neither exceed one (1) story in height above grade level, nor fifteen (15) feet. When any building exceeds such height, or one thousand (1,000) square feet in area, it shall be classified in that occupancy classification of this Building Code which includes buildings of similar use or occupancy.
   (b)   Buildings, shelters, sheds, band stands, and similar structures included under miscellaneous occupancy classifications may be constructed of any type of construction permitted in the fire limits in which they are located.
