§ 363.14 Rooming Occupancy
   “Rooming occupancy” means that use wherein a room or group of rooms in a dwelling structure is used or intended to be used for living or sleeping but not for cooking or eating purposes. However, where one (1) or two (2) roomers are accommodated within a dwelling unit occupied by a family, or where a dwelling structure is occupied by not more than two (2) families and not more than two (2) roomers or boarders per family, the accommodations so provided shall not be deemed to be a rooming occupancy.
