§ 363.09 Multiple Dwelling
   “Multiple dwelling” means a dwelling structure occupied for residence purposes by more than two (2) families, or by individuals living in a rooming occupancy as defined herein, or by both.

§ 363.10 Occupant
   “Occupant” means a person over one (1) year of age, living, sleeping, cooking or eating in, or having actual possession of, a dwelling unit or a room used for rooming occupancy.

§ 363.11 Operator
   “Operator” means a person who has charge, care, management or control, whether as owner, manager, executor, administrator, trustee, guardian, receiver or otherwise, of a building, dwelling, structure or part thereof in which dwelling units or rooming occupancies are let in or used for purposes of use as described in these Codified Ordinances.

§ 363.12 Owner
   "Owner" means the owner or owners of the premises, including the holder of title thereto subject to contract of purchase, a vendee in possession, a mortgagee or receiver in possession, a lessee or joint lessees of the whole thereof or an agent or any other person, firm or corporation who has charge, care, management of or is directly in control of the premises.

§ 363.13 Premises
   “Premises” means a lot, parcel or plot of land including the buildings or structures thereon.

§ 363.14 Rooming Occupancy
   “Rooming occupancy” means that use wherein a room or group of rooms in a dwelling structure is used or intended to be used for living or sleeping but not for cooking or eating purposes. However, where one (1) or two (2) roomers are accommodated within a dwelling unit occupied by a family, or where a dwelling structure is occupied by not more than two (2) families and not more than two (2) roomers or boarders per family, the accommodations so provided shall not be deemed to be a rooming occupancy.

§ 363.15 Secondary or Appurtenant Structure
   “Secondary or appurtenant structure” means a structure, the use of which is incidental to that of the main building, and which is attached thereto or located on the same premises.

§ 363.16 Supplied
   “Supplied” means paid for, furnished or provided by, or under the control of the owner or operator.
