Regular meetings and adjourned regular meetings shall be held by the airport commission in the council chamber building of the city, or in such other place as may be determined by the commission from time to time. If by reason of fire, flood, earthquake or other emergency it shall be unsafe to meet in the place designated, the meeting may be held at such place as is designated by the presiding officer of the airport commission and notice thereof given to city manager and to others as may be required by law.
