Chapter 2.32
ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES DEPARTMENT

2.32.010   Department established.

   There is hereby established the Administrative Services Department.

2.32.020   General Functions.
   The department shall:
   A.   Administer the provisions of this code relating to city revenues and finances.

2.32.030   Organization.
   The department shall be headed by an administrative services director who shall be responsible for the direction and control of all functions and duties assigned to the department.
   The director shall:
   A.   Act as the finance director of the city unless the position of finance director is filled through a separate appointment.
   B.   Manage the functions and duties assigned to the department by section 2.32.020 and any other provisions of this code;
   C.   As needed, attend meetings of the city council.
   D.   Recommend revisions of or amendments to the rules, regulations or operations of the city concerning the department’s functions and duties; and
   E.   Perform related duties, not inconsistent with the city charter or this code, as the city manager may direct.
