14B-3-312 Utility and Miscellaneous Group U.
The provisions of Section 312 of IBC are adopted by reference with the following modifications:
1.   Revise the list in Section 312.1 to read:
"Agricultural buildings
Equipment structures with a gross floor area of less than 1,500 square feet (139 m2)
Lumber yards (open exterior type only)
Parking facilities
Private garages and carports
Stables"
2.   Revise Section 312.1.1 to read:
"312.1.1 Greenhouses.
Greenhouses not classified as another occupancy shall be classified as Use Group U."
