4-236-030 Rules and regulations – Authorized – Publication.
   The comptroller is authorized to adopt, promulgate and enforce rules and regulations pertaining to the administration and enforcement of this chapter. Those rules may also be enforced by the commissioner of business affairs and consumer protection.
