§ 14.557 PERMIT FEES.

   The fee for a sign permit under this Article VII shall be as detailed in Appendix A of this code and shall be submitted with the permit application.

§ 14.558 DOUBLE FEE.

   A double fee may be charged if a sign is erected, altered, relocated, constructed, in whole or in part, prior to obtaining a permit pursuant to this Article VII.

§ 14.564 PENALTY.

   A violation of this Article VII shall be a misdemeanor under state law.

§ 14.565 SEVERABILITY.

   If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this Article VII is for any reason held to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Article VII. The City Council hereby declares that it would have adopted the ordinance in each section, subsection, sentence or phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, subsections, sentences, clauses or phrases be declared invalid.
