BLOOMINGTON, MINNESOTA CODE OF ORDINANCES

§ 14.553 SIGN PERMIT REQUIRED.

A sign permit shall be required to erect, alter, relocate or construct a sign not exempt from the requirements of obtaining a sign permit in §§ 21.304.12 or 21.304.13(b).
