(a) No person, firm or corporation shall use a vehicle to plow or remove snow from private property in the City for a fee or charge of any kind without first securing a permit from the Police Department for such vehicle.
(b) No person, firm or corporation, being the owner, lessee, agent or tenant having charge of lots or lands within the Municipality, shall allow any person, firm or corporation to plow snow thereon, unless such person, firm or corporation is licensed to do so under this section. (a) The following information shall be provided by a person, firm or corporation applying for the snow plow operator's permit required by Section 757.01:
(1) Name, home address, business address, state driver's license number and telephone number;
(2) Make, model, serial number and state license plate number of the vehicle or machine to be used for snow plowing and removal.
(b) The application for a snow plow operator's permit shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable fee of five dollars ($5.00) for each vehicle registered.

(a) A snow plow operator's permit shall be effective during the period from October 15 to April 15. A permit issued in one such time period is not valid for a subsequent time period.
(b) A snow plow operator's permit is subject to revocation by the Chief of Police upon the following grounds:
(1) Fraud or willful and knowing misrepresentation made in applying for a snowplow operator's permit or made in the conduct of the snow plowing and removal business.
(2) Failure to pay any fees as required by this chapter.
(3) Violation of any ordinances of the City pertaining to business regulation or snow plowing and removal.
