CHAPTER 761 Trash Containers

Any person, firm or corporation supplying a trash container for sale, lease or hire, or any person, firm or corporation which operates a commercial enterprise, the tenant or the property owner thereof, involving the use of containers for the storage of garbage and/or rubbish or other waste materials and which containers are stored outdoors, shall provide an enclosure within which such containers shall be stored.
