   EDITOR'S NOTE: The City enters into Agreements from time to time, pursuant to Ohio R.C. Chapter 4117, with the Fraternal Order of Police, Harbourtown Lodge No. 125, and the Harbourtown Police Patrolmen's Association, which Agreements provide for compensation, benefits and conditions of employment for Police Division personnel. The provisions of this chapter and Chapter 252 , therefore, are applicable only to those personnel and those subjects not otherwise provided for in such Agreements. Copies of the latest relevant legislation, and of such Agreements, may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
