   240.01 ESTABLISHMENT; COMPOSITION.
   A Police Division is hereby established for the City. The Division shall consist of a Chief of Police, appointed by the Mayor, and such other officers and employees as may be authorized by Council. (Ord. 639. Passed 3-6-61.)
