177.01. Creation, membership, appointment.

A William A. Smith Jr. Park Advisory Board consisting of fifteen (15) members is hereby authorized. The membership of this Board shall be appointed by the Mayor subject to the confirmation by majority vote of the Council of the City of Toledo.
