The definitions herein shall apply throughout this Division, namely:
a. Town means Town of Schererville, Lake County, Indiana.
b. Town Council refers to the Town Council of the Town of Schererville.

c. Board refers to the Parks and Recreation Board created hereunder.
d. Department refers to the Department of Parks and Recreation created hereunder.
e. Superintendent refers to the Administrative Head of the Department of Parks and Recreation.
f. District means the area within the jurisdiction of the Department of Parks and Recreation.
