Sec. 5-2 Administration of Parks and Recreation Programs.

   a.   The Park Department as established in Section 2-48, et seq., and the Parks and Recreation Board established in Section 2-50, et seq., of this Code shall be responsible for administering programs under the Park and Recreation Law, Indiana Code, § 36-10-3-1, et seq.

   b.   The Park Superintendent is addressed in Section 2-59 and Park Assistants are addressed in Section 2-60.
