Sec. 7-130 Notification to Public Works Director. 10

   Prior to the beginning of work, the applicant shall notify the Public Works Director, and immediately upon the completion of work and backfilling of the excavation, under the provisions of this Article he shall again notify the Public Works Director, who shall as soon as possible, inspect the restoration of the surface at the site of such excavation to the condition as specified in Section 7-133 of this Article. The applicant shall be responsible to maintain the restored surface for a period of one (1) year after it is opened to traffic.
