It is the sole responsibility of the potential bidder to comply with all pre-bid submission requirements applicable to the bidder in Section 7-29 above by no later than the public bid opening. Post-bid submissions must be submitted in accordance with Section 7-30 above. Submissions deemed inadequate, incomplete or untimely by the Town may result in the disqualification of the bid.
