Sec. 6-139 Specific Nuisances Highlighted.
   a.   The Town of Schererville has determined that the following list shall be considered examples of nuisances that shall receive written notice prior to issuance of a citation:
   Trash, abandoned vehicles, overgrown vegetation, inoperable vehicles, garbage, refuse, untethered animals whether livestock or pets, sewage, obnoxious odors, conditions that attract infestation of rodents, insects, domestic or wild animals to create a health hazard or unsightly conditions, which act as detriment or danger to or interferes with, or unreasonably hurts or hinders the citizens of this community that have a right to the use and enjoyment of their property, or encroach injuriously on the enjoyment of others' lives or property, or to the aesthetic well being of the Town.
   b.   The Town of Schererville has determined that the following list shall be considered examples of nuisances that shall be immediately corrected:
   No person within a residential or commercial zoning district shall make or cause to be made any sounds or vibrations perceptible without the aid of instruments beyond the property boundary of the sound or vibration source that interferes with, or unreasonably hurts or hinders the residents of this Town who have a right to the use and enjoyment of their property, or encroaches injuriously on the enjoyment of others' lives or property.
   c.   The list of nuisances set forth in subsections a. and b. are not to be considered limitations of any other condition which may qualify as a nuisance pursuant to the definition set forth in Section 6-138.
